At Au Pair Care Australia we have 2 Amazing Packages to choose from to compliment your needs for a Nanny.

Our competitively priced packages will depend on the amount of time you require your Nanny for. We do not charge you any extra for placements over 6 months. Our personal service ensures we get to know you as a family.

Through our registration / interview processes we will be able to take into consideration before presenting a profile, the needs and requirements you need of your Nanny. There are no other costs for you to pay to Au Pair Care Australia!

Registration Fee:
One time payment of $150 (AU). This payment will then allow the team at Au Pair Care Australia to begin the process of finding a suitable Nanny through our screening and matching process, with the intent of being able to introduce you to an experienced Nanny to meet your childcare needs. For repeat families, you only pay this fee for your first placement.

Other costs for your family to consider:

You will need to provide your live-in Nanny with a private bedroom, all meals* and agreed weekly money as agreed between you and your Nanny in exchange for childcare and other services.

If you require your Nanny to drive your family car, we recommend that you update your car insurance accordingly. Please look over your cover and check the nominated driver age and excess clauses.

We request a Police Check for anyone living in the family(s) home over the age of 18 years.

The process:

Register or Enquire: Enquire or register via our website. All of our enquiries are strictly confidential. A member of our team will be in contact with you to discuss the needs of you and your family.

Consultation: If the application and interview process is successful, you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $150 (AU). This payment will then allow the team at Au Pair Care Australia to begin the process of finding a suitable Nanny through our screening and matching process, with the intent of being able to introduce you to an experienced Nanny to meet your childcare needs.

Screening and Matching process: During a thorough interview with one of our team members, we will establish a more holistic understanding of your family’s needs and requirements. Based on your requirements during the registration / interview process, you will be provided with potential Nanny profiles for your consideration. The selection is based on suitable childcare experience and being the right fit for your family.

Interview / Introduction: This now gives you an opportunity to interview any of the Nannies that you have selected to learn more about. An interview can be via telephone, Skype, Facetime or simply meeting for a coffee in person at a local cafe. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have and to also inform the Nanny about what may be required of them.

An invitation to your chosen Nanny: Once you have selected and interviewed a Nanny that you feel will compliment your family, your next step would be to formally extend an invitation to your Nanny and provide an employment contract

Support: For your reassurance, our team is available to provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure this experience is an enriching and rewarding one for your whole family.
